That's a fine looking man. And to think he offered to wash my back and I still didn't go to the bash.

Most Fabulous Party Ever!!!!

My top 3 picks from the Bash (in no particular order) are Gail's '67 Overlander (lively colors, great floor plan for parties, and ya gotta love the pink & black checkerboard), Linda's '61 Tradewind "Lu Lu"(best bedroom and bathroom layout in a reasonably sized trailer), and Doug's '56 Caravanner 'The Broomstick' (best kitchen sink/counter EVER). I think the trailer with the most potential is Virginia's '75 22' Argosy - it's still pretty much stock and is a great blank slate on which to build a custom interior.

A big "Thank You" to all of the Bashers that opened their trailers for a look-see. I know that we got a lot of ideas for our next rig.

Thank you Bob for loaning out your generator when I arrived with no power, and for rating "Two Ton Tillie" as one of your top favorites!

Thank you Rob, Zoey, your family, Frank, and everyone else. I have never been to a rally in a more beautiful spot......I have never seen a more fantastic fireworks display......the food was incredible....the organization, fantastic.....the people, interesting, fun, creative.....the kids, having the time of their lives; running and playing, until they crashed.......the bright pink full moon Friday night, and to top it off, the the bright orange moon on Saturday.....................

For anyone to whom this was their first rally, it will sure be a hard act to follow.....

THANK YOU!!!!!! Can't wait to see you "down the road", Gail

A huge thank you to the crew and everyone. Pictures still in the camera. I never saw so many kids and trailers in the same place. It was great that they were safe to run free. Next year the potato cannon wars....

THANKS.... Rob (& Zoe), Frank, Steve, John, and all the volunteers who helped with preparing the meals (great job on the breakfasts!), arranging the parking, starting the fires and keeping them burning hot (Frank), the wagon rides for the kids (young and old), the entertainers ( Antsy, and his son Grant, Michael D.), Obie the Clown), the flyover photos (Ace), the Saturday night fireworks!!, the happy hour and potluck meal contributors, Doug’s dent puling demo (I gotta get me one of those!). An amazing amount of fun packed into a few days. It was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones. This rally will definitely be a hard act to follow.

The first annual Birthday Bash was a major success and will be A LIFETIME MEMORY for all those who attended.

Here's a few shots (see if you can spot Ace's plane...hint, bottom row photo 3rd from the left)

Thanks so much Bob!!! One question: What's up with the pillow stuffing in the Zip Dee?

I really need to figure out how I can buy Gail's Trailer. Maybe she'll hang on to it for awhile until I sell my two.

All I'm allowed to say is that you have to ask Joseph Migliore and his better half Gabrielle - it's her "secret weapon" against the one creature that invaded EVERYTHING...

Take a look at the next-to-last picture of the fiberfill bag - and what's landed on it.

Rob's field is indeed bucolic splendor - and that included quite a few flies. Many fly-abatement attempts were made, including hanging water-filled clear bags off of awnings. There was an observational theory that the stuffing would scare away the flies. Not sure if it worked...
