Parts I’ll be bringing for the swap meet
  • Reese dual cam sway control with 1000 lb bars (I think…..labeling is worn) no hitch bar or mounting head
  • Propane Control valve from 69 airstream repaired and painted, needs to be adjusted
  • Airstream side window approx - 39” X 9” , double thickness glass
  • Airstream window frame approx 40” x 23”, would make a great picture frame if nothing else
  • Aluminum frame bunk bed (canvas needs repair of replacing) with ceiling and wall hardware as well as the cables, plus the storage frame which mounts under the upper cabinets.
  • Late 60’s early 70’s ceiling light fixtures (square) w/o covers
  • Several aluminum jack stands and a steel wheel for the front a-frame jack
I dont want to haul any of it home.......so make me an offer when you see me.

Hi Rae
I was hoping you would make it over to check out some vintage and not so vintage mobile aluminum recreation units (travel trailers).

Have a happy birthday where ever you happen to be, but if you make it over I hear there will be extra Wally birthday cupcakes. We will save you some.

Hi everyone. I'm Sarah. Margaret's daughter. I'll be coming along with her to the bash, and living vicariously through her until one day, when I too, can have my own Airstream.

Oh Mags...Did you not notice that you're handle reads "Margaret Taco"?...Nice.
BTW, I say we leave Tuesday morning whether we're ready or not. (I'm just saying...I need to get out of here!)

(I hope it's okay that I signed up for this forum, even though I don't have an Airstream. I thought since I am tagging along with you it would be okay, and talking to you on a forum was waaaaaaaay easier than walking next door!)

Last Call for Vegetarians!

If you haven't yet, PM me before 5PM this evening if you want a vegetarian "steak" option for Saturday's meal. Then I'll run to Greenlife Grocers and pick up the fare.

On the menu will be Celebration Field Roast from the Field Roast Grain Meat Company of Seattle. It will most likely be served with lovely mushrooms in a red wine reduction. Yum!

TWaugh,

I call dibs on the bunk setup if it's OK!

Hopefully I'm generating some "friendly" competition here and maybe some extra revenue for a couple people coming to the Bash...

I'm interested in looking at BOTH of the bunk hardware collections that have been listed here. There's now been two people post that they are bringing bunk stuff and rather than laying dibs on one or the other, I'd like to see both before making offers. Judging by the response when people have been posting what they are bringing, wouldn't it be to everyone's best advantage to bring what 'cha got and get top dollar at the Bash rather than whoever is first to reply to a post on here gets the item??? Seems like the bunk pieces are a hot enough item to justify a silent auction?!? Is there an auctioneer amongst the attendees? Maybe we just do a full-blown auction with all the items that people bring. If that were the case, then I'm bringing some stuff, too!

Just me thinking out loud.
