Yes, I will be a contestant. My margaritas are simple but natural (no mixes!) and they usually please the recipients.

The blender is going to need a tune-up

Anyone else have an activity they want to lead?

I think I will need to tune-up the blender. A new spark plug and high octane racing fuel will be a must.

Hey All

Anyone who has sent Bash 5 payment to me. I have not yet deposited the checks. I'm traveling now and will be doing it after I return to PA in a few weeks. I'm hope to see more registrations soon. It's all the Airstreamers that makes the Bash the success it has been.

It is not a high flyer, but it sure is big. Anyone else building a rocket before the event?

Flying at the Bash

I not doing the the rocket thing this year. But I will be doing some flying at Bash 5. I got a new plane. This is a P-40 War Hawk. This is no Cessna. I'm not sure if will I be able to handle the speed.

Frank I think you should start with this Champ. It is much better for a 1st timer. I'm getting one of them too. The P-40 is a real handful to fly. The Champ comes with a controller. All for less than $100

No I am not doubting your ability Frank. But I had a hard time handling the P-40 and I have a comm ticket with near 4000 hours of real seat time.

This mate said it is not for beginners
