Hey All

Frank is at Coopers Lake. We have decided to move the rally site to the top of the hill. The Coopers have put new campsite in. We will have water and power for anyone who wants it. We are giving up are lake view. I think this will be better for us due to the heat.

Will 30 amp service, suitable for AC, be available?

I'm ashamed to admit that we were thinking about how nice it would be to run the air the next few days. Is "the top of the hill" the area behind the store?

No need to be ashamed. We had this option on the table for months. We where just waiting to see how the weather turned out.

I got a compressor from my brother's shop today. It is a 125 psi with a 30 gal tank.

Birthday bash

Hi Ace,
We don't have AC... Is there any shade at the new spot? Bummer...we were looking forward to the quiet glen again. Do we have the option to stay down there if we want? We'll be arriving early evening tomorrow night...see you then.

Well we'll be roughing it regardless. The Safari doesn't have a/c yet.

Yes anyone who wants to stay down by the lake. That is fine. I do not have AC in my Caravel. I'm heading to Coopers Lake very soon. I've been told there is some shade in the upper area.

We should be there around noon and ready to help with setup chores.
We also would prefer lakeside camping with enough sun for our solar panels.

This looks to be a grand time. I'm retiring from the military and will be settling in central PA. I'll keep an eye out for next year's event and will plan on it for sure!
(We're currently @ Nittney Mt. KOA and heading back to Montgomery AL today.)

As much as I love boondocking, I'm happy to hear that there is an option given the heat. We were prepared to boondock the next 4 days, but this is a welcome option. We're parking wherever the fire and food tent is. If the rally is moved to the top of the hill, do we get to use the big group barn for our gatherings?

See everyone tonight about 8-9pm. We're pulling out from central Ohio as soon as I can get home from work today.

No the barn is being used by another group. We have a tent being setup today.

Due to a new job and lack of extra vacation days, we can't leave home until Friday morning at 7 am at the earliest. Please save us two rocket kits for the boys in case we don't make it by 11 am.

Thanks!
