Lemon Blennd is the bomb! When I was a kid we would go to the mall. The best thing was going to a place called The Pup-A-Go-Go. We would have a hotdog and a Lemon Blennd with crushed ice. That place is gone, but you can still get Lemon Blennd. I get it at my local market. At The Bash III I will have blennd for all at the happy hour.

You'll be wishing for cheap chorizo (is that possible?) by the time you finish a heapin' helpin' of scrapple.

I bet you Marcus would not think that at all. I would be willing to Fedex him a block to prove my point I also know for a fact Marcus would have nothing to do with cheap chorizo. That man knows his meat! I think you would find him at Bill Millers before you would catch him eating cheap chorizo

Yes, he knows meat . . thus my post (ha!) Hope all of you have a good time at this rally. And, 62-O, I always enjoy your posts and have admired the work of yours I've seen online, so don't take my twistin' the tail (the squeal) the wrong way. Cheap is cheap and, man, it makes you pay!

The Bash III Bar-B-Que
We are thinking about the Bash III Bar-B-Que dinner for Saturday night. Looking for some input. What does the group think? Should the main course be chicken or pulled pork? I know everyone contributes great sides and dessert. We also are planning on having burgers and dogs.

My vote is for pulled pork if these are the options (although BRISKET should be on this list)

The Roeseler's (all 4 of us) vote for pulled pork. (2) of the Roeseler's want the pork cooked with rocket flames!

You take any meat: pork, chicken, beef, groundhog, goat, roadkill,... rub it with spices, and smoke it low and slow for long hours, and serve it with sauce... I'll eat pretty much anything you put on the table.
