It is now cast in bronze. The first Airstream Naturist (Nude) Rally will happen May 16-18, 2014 at the Suwannee Valley Resort in White Springs, FL. Be there or be square!

Keep us posted. I'd tell you to post lots of pictures, like at any rally, but that may get you in hot water. If you can take pictures that are forum friendly, I'm sure we all would like to see them.

Not sure that we'll make it but if we do we'll bring our body paints.

"BareStreaming" at Suwannee Valley Resort (SVR) and "clothing optional"

Sorry we missed this event.

We visited SVR in mid April during a "great flood." The river was overflowing and the campground was soaked. However, the owners BG & Tom (a retired Navy vet) were absolutely DELIGHTFUL and this campground SERVES 3 meals a day for a very modest fee.

We just returned from our second visit and had 3 fantastic sunny days.

We just can't say enough positive things about this campground. The pool deck and hot tub is THE PLACE you want to be. It is so well proportioned and laid out with even consideration for a smoking and non smoking end.

My wife LOVES that they serve meals so she doesn't have to cook.

There are wonderful shade trees, oaks and pines, throughout the campground so our silver bullets are kept cool.

Common words you hear from several of the semi-permanent campers are, "we only came for a few days and we have never left!" It's easy to understand why.

The quiet location right beside the Suwannee River is well within several other excellent local assets for shopping and "tubing down the Itchtucknee." There are also several great vendors nearby in White Springs, Live Oak and other spots that will assist you with a kayak run down the river (clothes required for that though).

A Stephen Foster Museum is close by and this area of North Florida has more springs than any other area of Florida.

Tom and BG are also VERY dedicated to veterans and not just on special holidays. For them, it's a routine dedication and they sponsor multiple events which specifically benefit veterans in the North Florida area.

We are looking forward to visiting SVR on each and every trip we make to Florida. Did I mention that the pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer?

Link to Suwannee Valley Resort (SVR)

Should have provided a link to SVR (real newbie in the blogasphere)

https://www.suwanneevalleyresort.com/Home_Page.html

The "Contact" tab has a simple form for sending BG a note with a question or request for reservation.
