Bob, I think there were about 25 trailers in the "smoking section". We had a pair of Honda 2000's, the next neighbor down had a Yamaha, our neighbor on our other side had a Honda 3000, there was a pair of those yellow Chinese 6000 watt generators. Farther around the area, there was another Honda 2000, another pair of 2000's, and a couple of others. One guy behind us had a Honda 2000 as backup for his Kypor. We also brought along a new Dometic 3000i for demonstration and sale, and sold it at the swap meet.

I love everything in Gloria's place.. but I really like the clock she made from a canister and the poster/photo of the camel pulling an airstream (mirror image) by her front doorway.
Thanks for the inside view.
Jane
Hi Janie,
Gloria's place was outstanding. That art sounds like a print by Michael Depraida. He does a lot of Airstream art, and spends winters at Slab City. We visited him while we were there last year. He's quite an interesting character. I just won that same print on a tee shirt as a door prize at Alumapalooza. We also have his "Trailer Trash' print. They are both in the link below:
I wanted to thank everyone, along with my wife (Lisa) and my son (Ryan) that we were able to spend time with last week and have a wonderful time. The organizers and all of the volunteers deserve all the credit for such a great event packed full of information, making this event a must do.
I really want to thank everyone for making us feel welcome at our first ever Airstream event.
Monah: I hope you and the girls are traveling safe back to Oregon. Thanks for the drinks!!
Ed Emerick: Thanks to you and the whole gang from Wisconsin for the great advice and the warm hospitality during the roaming happy hours.
Avaiator: Thanks for a great week and send an extra thank you to Steve, Matt and everyone else from the Georgia Unit. Hope to see you soon at the Top of Georgia!
Stacy, Bill, Jay, Cheryl: Thanks for making my son feel at home and offering your whole gang of kids to my son. This made his time at Aluamapalooza fly by with all of your kids making him feel like one of their own. I wish you all the best in Kansas City and hope to see you again next year.

Generator section. Terry calls it the smoking section.
I hope you can come next year. It was an absolute blast!!
Comming home to a tree down in Bertha's parking space, thank goodness she was with us, Today the 60 year old plumbing pipes in the basement started leaking.
We will still be there next year. Upping the insurance on the house before then!!
Marie

We also had a great time, nice to meet everyone. Ansty was as great as always.
I must comment on my dissapointment that Airstream did not have any trailers to walk through on Saturday, was really looking forward to see the new Serenty line.

Still reliving the memories made at this year's Alumapalooza! This was our first 'Palooza but definitely not our last. It was wonderful to meet up with old friends; loved the roving happy hours which gave us an opportunity to meet new 'Streamers; the factory tours; towing and cooking seminars; Airstream maintenance seminars (both interior and exterior) and a men's and women's feedback session, provided by the people in the know...Airstream Company; the raffle prizes; vendors tent; dutch oven cooking events...this was a very well run event from beginning to end!
We are already signed up for Alumafandango to be held near Denver in August, how about you??
ps - from personal experience, the Rivet Masters contest was much more fun than the Back up Derby!
pss - GREAT JOB on the video (Post 189) You truly caught the essence of the event, AND included our dawg, Boonie!
