wet-muddy

Hi all Alumapalooz-ites!

You might have noticed that it has been raining -- just a tad -- up in the
central states lately ...

If the main camping field at Airstream is wet when you arrive, rather than make
muddy ruts in the field we might direct you to a temporary parking space
somewhere else. Most of these temporary spaces won't have any hookups or access
to water, so please be sure to arrive ready to camp without hookups for up to
three days JUST IN CASE. Most likely the ground will dry out and we won't have
a problem, but it's always better to be safe than sorry!

So: arrive with a full tank of fresh water, empty holding tanks, and batteries
charged (or a generator).

If you've got a question, check our website at www.alumapalooza.com, or write us
at info@alumapalooza.com, or call 802-877-2900 ext 4.

we were just there this morning........had it stopped raining sometime last week , the field may dry out in time

They are having a sky diving show on Saturday the 28th and they are a Good Sam Park as well. Maybe some of you would be interested in that? The caravan is being led by Doug Doberer and will leave out from the Huntington? Walmart Super Center at 9am on May 30th. Details about the caravan are on the Alumapalooza website as well as Doug's contact info. See you there!
Hey, I have tickets and hope to go... would be traveling from the Silver Spring, Maryland area. When are you heading out to OH?

I am leaving from NC on the 27th, taking the slow scenic route and camping one night in the SW part of Virginia and will be spending the weekend at Robert Newlon Air Park / RV Park in Huntington, WV before venturing on up into Ohio on the morning of the 30th.

We are attending Alumapalooza for the entire event. Then continuing on to Chicago area as part of our trip to Alaska. Anyone else heading that way after the event?

We will be staying in Lisle for 3 - 4 days to visit relatives. Anyone have local knowledge of places to store the AS for a few days in case we can't park in the driveway?

We are going, it's our first Alumapalooza and we are very excited to be attending. We consider it the "mecca" of Aluminarians.
TICKETS? are they separate from the reservation/rally fee?

The registration fee is all that is required, there are no "tickets". It is going to be a blast again this year.
