While the acoustics of a concrete box cannot be changed, there have been massive improvements to the sound system in the building and there will be a professional sound engineer and an additional performance level sound system on hand for Friday and Saturday night entertainment!

Brett, I did notice you pacing back and forth during Antsy's performance and thought you were evaluating the sound system.

We are not attending, primarily based on cost, but will probably visit during the day on Saturday and will be listening to the feedback from those who attended. We do wish you success

We're in Sarasota a few days early. We'll be working on a Habitat for Humanity house on Thur and Sat this week with some sightseeing in the area. Next week is the rally! See you there.

We're taking 81 south, so Saturday is the day for PA, MD, VA, WVA,
& NC so hopefully they will have figured out how to plow, salt & sand by then.

Linger Lodge just north of Sarasota...

Where else can you get a crabcake sandwich, have a cup of alligator chowder, and see a squirrel playing basketball and another playing baseball?

Just pulled in to Braden castle this evening. Forecast for the upcoming week looks spectacular. Glad to say the snow at home is 1200 miles away. We will be heading over to the rally tues am. Looking forward to a fun week. Quiz question...how old was the oldest known flamingo?

I think it just died last week in Australia at the age of 83. The question is how did they know how old he was, unless his 60 some year old friend told them.

The way I heard it was there is a written account of when he/she arrived at the zoo and simple math from there. I had no idea birds lived that long.
