NO MORE CLASSES!!!! (at least until I start my Superintendantship) I've had all the classes I can stand for a while. This sounds like a great time and not too far to travel. May need to PM some of our Nashville buddies to see if they are interested, Tinker Toy and WilkeyTN. Mouth maybe interested and I think Crispy Boy lives out that way....

Tri and Silver,

Great to see you will try and join us.

By this Friday I will have everything settled with the RV Park, and ready to move forward. Normally I have people make their own reservations for a rally, but with this event I am thinking about taking care of everything on my end. This allows the park to deal directly with me instead of all the the rally folks. I can easily disseminate the info here.

I still believe that a potluck on Friday, and a catered meal on Saturday are the best way to go. I will base the rally fee off of the number of adults per trailer. More on that to follow. To make it as easy as possible, I can have it so you send one payment for camping and rally fee.

Lastly, we have a rally logo that was made by Ms. Sugarfoot. She is also putting the wraps on a beautiful flier that I will post here, and would like to mail out to you all.

I would really love to get 41 trailers to represent the 41 trailers that went on the original trip.

Steve

Got me so stoked on the adventure of such an adventure I had to dig up my old Africa pictures.......see why I want one of those hats?

Pictures from my previous life......you will have to google the Airline name to get the full import of why I doubt an original type C to C trip...but love this idea.

Guess I won't need to order you one ehh Pee Wee?

I would say say how cool it must be to know and see where that hat has been, but the man in the picture will be able to tell us about it first hand!

For those of you interested, but cannot commit, please shoot me an email or click the maybe link on the sign up page. It will help in determining what I need to look at for catering. Also, those who already plan to attend, please indicate the number of people in your party that are adults or age 17 and younger.

The forums only gives just so much space on the side bar. I tried to fit more on there, but it looked as crowded as 9 people sleeping in a Caravel.
