We will be there too, Ella will arrive on Thursday and I will drive my 1974 MGB that has recently been restored....I sure hope the weather is warm and sunny....

We won't be there til Friday due to work & school, but we'll be there. Can't wait to meet everyone.
We are currently in the middle of restoring the exterior-gonna have to get the kid to post pictures. Lol not that computer savy yet.

April 4-7 at wayne county fairgrounds. Has been on the airforums Calender since last year. We had the dates scheduled and announced it at the Saturday potluck last year!

Welcome Pack has been compiled. Here is the final schedule to be printed! Please note, the Thursday night dinner location has changed as well as the dinner time for Friday. I have updated the calendar page to reflect the 2 changes!

Welcome to the Ohio TAC Rally

Here is your weekend schedule of planned events:
(No events are required, just join us whenever you wish and feel free to come and go)

Thursday:
Early arrivals are welcome to join us, no planned activities.
Hosts will be meeting at JAFB Wooster Brewery at 6pm

You are welcome to bring your own food, however we will be ordering from local restaurants (There is a Thai place, pizza, fast food, a sub shop, Chinese, BBQ, and a mom & pop run pizza/Italian joint.) You will need to bring your own beverages if you want something other than beer.

Friday:
7-9am: Donuts and coffee in the track building.
Anytime: We will not be doing an organized "trailer crawl" due to weather being questionable. However, in your goody bag, you will find a door hanger/sign to signal if you are interested in showing your rig or not. Just make sure you have the appropriate side facing out! J
6pm: Hot dogs, a side dish or two, and marshmallows await your arrival for supper and will be available in the heated track building. Bring your own roasting fork if you want one over the fire, we will have the campfire roaring.

Saturday:
7-9am: Donuts & Coffee in the track building.

6pm: Bring a dish to share and join us in the track building for a potluck dinner, raffle, and trailer park gift exchange.
- If you wish to participate in the gift exchange please bring a wrapped item.
- If you have any spare parts or anything to donate for the raffle it would be appreciated. (This is instead of a rally fee. We ask that you just buy a few tickets for the raffle. Any $ above what is needed to cover will be awarded at the end of the raffle by choosing 1 or 2 tickets from all tickets entered.)
7:30pm: Trailer park gift exchange (Please bring your wrapped gift).
8:30pm: Raffle will be conducted (or immediately following the gift exchange).

Sunday:
7-9am:Coffee & Cereal Bar in the track building.
- Please bring a cereal to share. Milk will be provided. Bring your own table service.

1pm: Pack up and hit the road.

There was one really good yarn shop in downtown Wooster, but she closed the shop last month. As far as I know, the only places selling yarn now are JoAnn fabrics and Pat Catan's.

I made some progress toward being ready for the rally today. I got the firewood split and loaded into my cargo trailer. The patio fire pit is in there, too. It's now in the barn to be kept dry until the rally. Also in the trailer is my smoker so I can smoke a pork roast for the pot luck on Saturday (I promise, not as spicy as last year). Tomorrow I will finish the work on the moho so that I can tow the trailer to the rally. It should be neat to see a 35 year old motorhome hauling a cargo trailer with firewood and smoker.

Does anyone need pages for the Streaming Log? I am making up a couple books to bring with for the raffle. Let me know and I will bring you some or if you want the 3rd edition cover for 2013.

Less than 2 weeks away! Hope everyone is making plans for their getaway to wooster!

We are looking forward to this rally. We do have a nice warm building to use.
If you haven't signed up yet, there is still plenty of time. No rally fee for this. So if you are straddling the fence about coming to join us, don't hesitate too long!
