Saturday Night: A slight chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 19. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday: Partly cloudy, with a high near 38.
Yikes! What part of the world is your forecast coming from?! I just checked weather.com and they have a completely different forecast (not a good forecast but significantly better than your forecast above:

FRI: Snow, sleet or freezing rain in the morning. Becoming windy with the wintry mix changing to all rain, possibly heavy in the afternoon. High 37 degrees. Chance of precip 90%.

SAT: Partly cloudy. Chance of precip 10%.

SUN: Rain & snow mix. Chance of precip 30%.

Editted to add:

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TAUNTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WATCH NOR NORTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD NORTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND QUICKLY BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES. HEAVY SNOW WILL LIKELY BE FALLING DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE.

WARMER AIR ALOFT WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION DURING FRIDAY MORNING WHICH WILL ALLOW THE SNOW TO MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MAY APPROACH 6 INCHES BEFORE THE CHANGEOVER... ESPECIALLY NEAR THE NEW HAMPSHIRE BORDER. LESSER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED FURTHER SOUTH. ICE ACCUMULATIONS SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE QUARTER INCH.

THE PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE TO A PERIOD OF RAIN BEFORE TAPERING OFF EARLY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

For those of you still going..... PLEASE be careful! Remember, this is not a WBCCI Rally so there is no insurance!

Amanda's at the grocery store right now stocking up! I tried to explain to her over the phone balgrn's recipe for AntiGravity Antipasto but she told me to just worry about getting the Tahoe ready for departure.

We'll be taking it real easy driving up there. Midnight might be a reasonable estimate. I dunno. Are there going to be issues (gates, keys, heat, etc.) if we get up there that late?

As of right now we are still in...we'd have to forfeit all $$$ if we were to back out unless we moved it to another weekend. They would put all the $$ towards the possible date of the 16th if we have to come to that.

If it's wicked bad tomorrow Eric says we'll have to bail...he doesn't want to sit in slow traffic for 8hrs he just said...nor do I want to sit in the car with him stuck in traffic for 8 hrs ..so it's going to be touch and go.... we'll keep an eye on the forcast. Seems since most of our northern buddies have backed out already know what we are up against ...they might be a little more knowledgable about what we might be getting ourselves into...

Yes, there is a keypad entrance. Robin should have given you the code.

WE WANNA CAMP!

It may blow by then again it may not. Not to be an alarmist, but the Spaulding is risky on Friday nights, Skiiers going north and all.. Keep us posted.

Yes, and I've been looking forward to this for the last two YEARS for.

Maybe it's time to consider another date.

Maybe it's time to rename... "2007 Rig or Rent version 3.1"

Maybe it's time to start a new thread with a poll...

Weekend of the 10th? 17th? 24th? Two of the above? All of the above?
