Calendar entry is here.

drag'nwagon, you definitely should come, but hurry, if you're thinking about it - Sugarfoot emailed us the other day and said spots are filling up very quickly. I don't remember exact numbers but I think it was over halfway full.

Does anybody know if the 2/3 spots are taken yet? I sent an e-mail to daneekim yesterday, but have not had a response.

Thanks,
Carl

Woohoo, now Kim is in on the forums fun!

It seems every year this fills up faster and faster, probably because people like me go and rave about what a great time we had.

Packing list:
1. Sugar

I sure hope folks will try and come on the CBR caravan too. It is a caravan club after all.

Hey, Obie:

Actually the sugar thing was in reference to a certain container that appeared on my camper last year...

Okay I made 18 sets of decals. One set goes to Pee Wee and that leaves 15 sets after our caravan leader and myself. There are going to be a bunch of colorful door within the doors after CBR for sure.

If I do the caravan I will have to do it by myself and Andy will have to meet up with me at CBR on Friday (due to work obligations)... needless to say I have towed on my own before- but I am a little nervous about going through the city... how organized is it going to be? Is there going to be traffic assistance?

I will bring a smaller trailer if I know we will be going through the city. Does anyone want to ride with me?

It will be fun. No tight winding San Francisco roads. No West Virginia hairpin mountain curves. No Pennsylvania logging road switch backs. Just a nice little Sunday drive through our nations capital done on a Wednesday. If the road gets bad, we have someone coming along that can jump out and help repair them. He did just that from Cape town South Africa to Cairo Egypt back in 1959. Rob and I need to know how many are going to caravan with us so that I bring enough pizza fixings for the post caravan pizza party we are having that night. Maybe a caravan movie to watch while we eat that pizza.
So April, bring the trailer with the oven that works so we can bake one in your oven. And do not worry about towing alone. You won't be alone, we will all be with you.

And if this caravan sounds fun, get ready for an awesome one being planned for the trip out to International. We are trying to put a little caravanning back in the club.

What happens at the CBR stays at the CBR.

Okay- I will come, but I will have to come alone. Therefore- I think I will bring the '67 instead of the '61 and the tahoe instead of the truck. Andy can bring the dogs down on Friday after work when he comes. The oven works- and I will bring dessert! Make sure you have milk to go with Airstream sugar cookies !

One month and counting

I can't believe we are only a month away from CBR!

It may take me that long to dig out from today's snow storm here in the NE ;-)
