As of 3 Mar 08, I now have 30 registrations in hand for the KOA and the parade. Looks like the west will be the most represented at the rally, since so far we will have 11 Airstreams from CA and 4 from CO. There are 4 signed up from the deep south , 3 from the east and 5 from the midwest.

Also after getting a few questions about early parking in the VAC area I asked the WBCCI prez about this and found out that early parking in the VAC area will not be possible as the generator won't be turned on till the VAC caravan arrives on Friday, 27 Jun. Early workers who want to park in the VAC area will have to park first where the parkers put you and then move once the parade arrives.

I have to provide a reasonably good count of the number of Airstreams that will park in the VAC area. Please send me an PM by May 15th, if you are going to park in the VAC area and are NOT going to parade in with the group.
This count will probably determine the number of spaces in our area. Thanks

Just a reminder about making a reservation for the VAC Pre-Parade gathering at the Bozeman KOA on 26 June. There are about 12 sites still available but they will go back to the KOA on 25 April if no one takes them. Contact me via PM if you plan on attending and parking in the vintage area and have not made a reservation for the pre-parade gathering.

Will your club be having an "open house" at the fairgrounds? My mom will be in town for the week and I'd love to plan ahead for us to stop by. s.s.sloan

The open house is Sunday, June 29 from 1 PM to 4 PM. Stop by and say hi.

All 60 sites are filled now. I will maintain a stand-by list in case we have some cancellations. Just contact me. The stand-by list has 2 people on it as of today.
