There are stores in town, mostly smaller markets that should have most of your need at a slightly higher price. There is no Walmart or Safeway or even an A&P. I would plan on bringing as much as you can. Dust should not be too big of a problem. We should be good on the turkey and stuffing. Veggies, salad and deserts are the missing items now.

If you have an Air Card for your laptop you should be fine for the Internet.

Have a great time.

Hi, hope you people have a really good time. [I know you will] We wish we could join you, but we have two old people to spend the holiday with. [Lee's Mom "80" and Bob's Dad "95"] Quartzsite sometime in our future.

The General Store has a meat market better than big-box places, and the produce market across the street from the post office has fresh, reasonably-priced veggies.
There are several dented-can markets. Firewood is kinda expensive...so is most liquid libation, unless you are not a discerning drinker...

What? Strawberry Hill is expensive?

I keep on dreaming that we could make it. Dream on, Lynn ...

Lynn;

I do recall in years past when Strawberry Hill was expensive when we had to scrape our pennies, nickels and dimes together from 2 families to buy a bottle for Friday evening during college times.

We will not be making it this year due to work restrictions but in a couple of years (or less I hope) when I am retired we will be there.

Annie Green Springs? Nope, doesn't tickle either of my neurons. But, then, I switched from cheap wine to medium-priced beer a long time ago. Shiner Bock lives!

If he didn't drink Annie Green Springs. Do you think he would wear a Tiara?

Scrap, When do you think we'll find out where we're camping?

Yes, I would wear the tiara, Green Springs or not...it's the clothes I might forget...

Goin, we would hope to be in Q in a week...got an appointment in Tucson on Monday, and will go from there...there may still be a site or two(hundred) left...

Artstream is gonna be there early, too, so between us we'll find a way to circle the wagons.

Head count? Please Bam, it is way to early to tell, the rally hasn't even started.
