and with that comes the “Blah Blah 2 Rally” at the Stone Mountain Campground. https://www.stonemountainpark.com/lo...amping/camping

20 sites are currently being held for us. The discounted rate is $47.50 per night and the gate fee will be waived. Those of you who were with us last year, don’t forget to bring your custom made (thanks Carol) Blah Blah coozies.

Call the campground at 1-800-385-9807 to make your camping reservations. Please mention the Blah Blah Rally to ensure you get booked in the right section (purple loop) on the right dates.

Like last year, if we get enough people committed early enough we’ll set up a bus to get us safely to and from Antsy's show.

This rally is in only 9 more weeks; if you're thinking about coming you should contact the Stone Mountain Park Campground soon as the sites they are holding for us will be released to the general public shortly.

Only one more month before our fun begins! I'll be sending an email to everyone shortly with some rally plans and to determine how many people are interested in taking the shuttle bus to the Red Light Cafe where Antsy McMlain is scheduled to perform. That will be on Saturday night.

Okay, last chance to make your reservations for the Blah Blah rally. The sites will be released to the public on Monday the 15th and don't forget your Antsy McClain tickets on Saturday night at the Red Light Cafe as well.

Also I need to hear from Kiki Pollard and Charles E Anderson whether you're planning on taking the taxi's with the groups to go over to the Red Light Cafe.

Who's interested in dinner out Friday night? Otherwise potlucks scheduled for Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday morning.

We’re only a week away from early bird arrivals for this rally and that includes Bill and I. For those of you who will also be there Thursday I thought we’d get our grill started for dinner so bring your grilling food and we’ll eat together, share the fire and some good company.

I thought Friday night was a good one for taking the 5 minute drive to eat dinner at the German restaurant. They will hold seats for us but I’ll need a head count. I’m not sure when everyone is arriving but how is dinner at 6? Chime in with your yes/no and preferred time. We’ll have a fire afterwards and perhaps we can persuade Matt to play some Antsy music.

Saturday morning we’ll greet the day and each other with a potluck breakfast at the pavilion at 9. Shall we split the breakfast duty? Half of us cooking Saturday and the other half Sunday or will many of you be leaving early on Sunday? If you’re want to split the duties than respond with the day of your choosing...first responders get first choice.

Saturday evening is Antsy’s show at the Red Light Café. Hopefully everyone has their tickets by now. I’ve coordinated for a taxi service to drive us to and from the show. Currently we only have 10 people who voted to take the taxi’s which means the cost is $25 per person for the round trip.

Sunday morning we’ll do another potluck at the pavilion at 9...if enough people are still around and interested. Let me know.
