Still time to register for the Midwest Vintage Airstream Rally, Sept. 10-13

The Region 7 Vintage Airstream Club is still taking registrations for the Midwest Vintage Airstream Rally Sept. 10-13, 2009, at Osceola, Wis. A public open house will be Saturday, Sept. 12, from 2 o 4 p.m.

Owners of Airstreams from any year are invited to participate in all or part of the rally. A special feature will be a 1962 trailer that is in the process of a full restoration. The trailer's interior has been stripped and the full floor has been replaced. The owners will be on hand to explain their restoration process and to give a polishing demonstration.

Cost to participate in the Airstream Rally is $25 per night, per trailer. Two catered meals will be served on Friday and on Saturday. Meal costs are $20 per person, per day. There is no charge for children 12 and under.
