Our special prayers and well wishes have yielded another answer to all of our prayers.
Mother and daughter are well and healthy. Of course Dad is obviously beaming.
Debbie & I were talking about the Smiley arrival just yesterday not knowing that the stork had arrived with the Buddins and Wingards.
Congratulations.....Yet another chapter in the Airstream family has been added.
Ken, congradulations on that beautiful baby girl...she is a doll...we are looking forward to meeting her in person.....Congradulation to Crissy!!!

Kennedy Grace Smillie was born on July 23 at 2:46 in the afternoon. She is 7 lbs 6 oz and 19-3/4 inches long with a head full of dark hair.
Her mother Crissy is doing well and we plan to go home today.
We thank you for all your payers and always being there for us. We truly consider you all family.
It would be a beautiful world if all Airstreamers could witness and experience the family bonding that we have in the SCCU.
We look forward to seeing you all at the next rally if not sooner.
I know it has been a long time but I did spend some time on the website today. Boy I need to get a job that lets me do just Airstreaming, (and babies) ............................

Okay, I have been away for quite some time but I am back.
I just finished updating the SCCU website. (Click on Link in signature below) The May Rally schedule has not been updated but I will update as soon as I have itinerary.
The SCCU has been having a ball this year under the rally planning of 1st VP Bill Narowski.
If you have not attended a SCCU Rally, you dont know what you have been missing.
Scroll through this thread and see what a party crowd this really is..........
2005 Rally Schedule is as follows:
Date Theme Location
May 6-7 Splash Party Rally / The Oaks at South Point
Moncks Corner SC
I just received this months news letter. It appears that the SCCU picked up FIVE new units (11 new members) over the summer.
Who says growth is futile?
I see that the new officers coming in is a diverse mix of new and old members, thats always a good thing so that we get a good mix of perspectives and new directions.
It is good to be in the SCCU, come and join us.
Make your reservations and come to Santee State Park for fun on the water, kayaks, pontoons and other water vessels for your sailing pleasure. A good time and a nice campground on the shores of Lake Marion, just off of I-95.
