Question Don't delay too long on Friday, Traffic nightmare!

If you're coming on Friday, remember traffic becomes a bear getting down Rte 3. Plus we have the fly over construction, it can be a nightmare if you wait too long to get here. Vern, I guess we'll have to rely on someone else to help us park, we'll miss your guidance.

This is a Thursday start to the rendezvous. Officially the hosts want us arriving after 1pm on Thursday. You can however, come in anytime after that. Friday is fine too. We are arriving on Thursday just to beat the traffic. A few of us will meet at the first rest area on 495south after the I-95 intersection. Send me an email if you are interested in meeting us and driving in.

I'm interested! What time are you planning on meeting?

Late arrival on Thursday

What time does the check in desk close at Scussett? We're coming down on Thursday night.

Well school is out and we're officially on Cape. We are excited to meet everyone on Friday. What time does happy hour usually start? 4pm? Still trying to come up with a yummy tropical dish, and yes I packed my Hawaiian Tiki shirt for the Flamingo party.

Region One presentation reminder

For those of you going to Scusset who have already volunteered (and for anyone else who is interested in volunteering) to participate in the 2006 Region One presentation in Quebec, bring your supplies to the rally as we will be working on the presentation materials during the rally. I will supply the foam core so you just need to bring whatever arts/crafts materials you need to work on your part of the presentation.

Also, just a reminder -- mum's the word -- the presentation idea is a secret so please don't post or discuss the presentation with others.

Wink Packing up "The Tube", should be there early evening!

Weather is suppose to be fantastic! Bringing my Solar Oven to cook Jerk Pork in for the Friday night flamingo/caribbean potluck. Looking forward to seeing NE Unit members and meeting new friends from the White Mountains, Cape Cod and Quebec Units! Hope to see you there!

Boy, I wish we were going! We are new to this and didn't sign up in time, but I'll keep an eye open for other rallys in the area so we can go. We met a bunch of great people on Memorial Day weekend at Salisbury State. I'm also new to this so I hope it doesn't look dorky!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality. It is amazing to walk in to a party knowing no one, yet you are treated like family. We had a great time, and hopefully next summer we will have the old girl out with us. Can't wait to see the hula pictures.

If it looks dorky we'll think you're a regular, dorky and confused and we'll think you're a moderator.
