Since there is no official schedule, an approximate time is good. Thanks Pam, we'll keep checking the Quipper! We don't want to show up late for dinner . Also, I want to bring the potluck dessert.

Are there still reservations available through Reserve America? When my husband stopped by the park, he asked if there were spots available, and they said yes. Also I think to visit on Friday you have to pay a day use of $10. The other option is to park some where along the canal trail and bike in.

Wow! This is next weekend! One more day of school left and I'm off to the other coast. Yukionna, can I put in an order for one lobster....we'll split one. Do we have a food list for the Flamingo party yet...or do we just bring whatever?

I'm assuming you are coming to the rally? I don't want to take orders thru the forum as I may not have access to the web and people may cancel and it will just get too complicated. If you are coming to the rally, I will be taking all lobster orders at that time. Or, if you are coming for the day, call me on my cell phone next Fri or Sat. PM me for my cell phone number.

Talking Weather looks very promising for this weekend!!!

Don't forget your shades, they say we'll have sunshine and summerlike temps. Glad to know we won't have to cover up all that flamingo wear with jackets. Look forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some new Airstreamers.

I'll believe it when I see it! This year's weather has been the darndest awfulest stuff I've experienced in a long time. Any word on whether the red tide is going to change our lobster dinner plans?

We are planning on sun for sure.

But, just in case I am going to look for a small tent to set up appetizers under. Maybe BJ's or some such place will have one. Anyone have a small tent we can use? Bring it along just in case. We always have our awnings.

I asked about the lobsters and found out that the red tide is not affecting them. So we are on for Saturday night lobsters. Hooray!

We'll bring our Easy Up

It's a 10' x10' shelter, should be perfect for appetizers.

Hey Pam,
I'll bring my sun/shade along. It's perfect for a covered area for food and drinks. I've used it several times for lawn parties for just that purpose. I also have a wind flap that can be used or not it needed. It adds a nice backdrop to the food tables. We should probably get some fold-out tables to put the food on, I have a small one I can bring.

newbie question

I'm not sure I understand how the Safari Field setup works. Are there reserved spaces, or will we be directed where to go when we get there? We won't be coming until Friday. Hope that's not a problem for finding a space.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone again!
