Congratulations to our hosts who put together another GREAT Region 1 Rally for '07! Who has the best Region in WBCCI? We do! It was so great of everyone, and I mean everyone to pitch in and volunteer to help our hosts out, great job! The grounds were spotless and everything in it's place when all was over. Michelle, awsome job on the restrooms! Ann, thanks for putting up the GOOD photos and saving the scarry ones for later. Hurray White Mountains and thank you again for another memorable Rally!
Has anyone else noticed, Earl still has EYES for his wonderful wife?

All over me ....they brought in a sanitation truck with an attachment that the fella didn't hook up right and told me basically to let r rip and guess what happened.....I'm just glad it was me and not the person behind me....although it would have been pretty entertaining.
Another lesson learned.....pull dump valve very slowly for others in this situation just in case.

well, after back-tracking 10 miles to get to the "welcome center" (wrong side of the highway) where I was assured that there was a free dump station, I continued another 8 miles north to "Hidden Acres Campground", which let me dump for a $10 fee. That's about $1 per gallon of poop, folks.
Twice that, if you consider the cost of gas for that 36 mile detour.
I knew I should've stopped at Jamaica State Park, which we went right past...they probably would have let me dump there. although, you never know. Places are funny about that. Another time, I had all kinds of trouble finding a place to dump...stopping at several campgrounds just to dump...one wouldn't allow me for *any* amount of money. another wanted to charge me a whole night's camping fee (full-hookup price!) and I simply refused.
Oh, well. live-n-learn. at least I didn't get any on me.

I can hear it now! The next time we're around a campfire and Eric gets his hands on a guitar, this incident is going to be worked into a song.
