Chuck, this is from an ad for another event being held there:
The Bondville Fairgrounds. The Bondville Fairgrounds are located at the intersection of the Stratton Access Road and Route 30. They're the oldest running fairgrounds in the state: 220 years of continual celebration.
If you're an early riser, enjoy and explore the natural wonder that surrounds the fairgrounds.
This special-site lies nestled at the base of Stratton Mountain in the southern Green Mountains, along the Winhall River.
Stratton Mountain, is the majestic meeting-point of the Appalachian Trail and famous Vermont Long Trail, truly a natural paradise.

Hi, the only way you will know is to send an email to Franklin Sanders or Kathi Mitchell....or give them a call. I don't believe there is any formal acknowledgement system.
We're glad to hear that you're coming up though....remember our caravan through the mountains in October? Great fun and now you have a CB.
