It is true the President from the White House will be arriving at the rally on Sunday. Can't wait it's been way too long since our unit rally. See you all soon.
Looking at the rally schedule, it may be a tight squeeze to fit in some visiting time for forum members. I want to have a get-together on Saturday to include the working members who might not arrive until the weekend, but with the dinner on Saturday I don't think there's time for a happy hour. Also, I hate waiting until the end of the rally to meet everyone.
What about a Forum Member's happy hour on Wednesday before Opening Ceremonies, or on Thursday before entertainment? Alternately, we could get together for dinner (pot luck or go to a restaurant) Thursday before entertainment.
Also, I'd like anyone who is interested to get together again on Saturday. I thought maybe we could all bring bag lunches and have a quick meal together after the flea market and before the seminars start up at 1:00 and the Rally Festival starts at 2:00.

We are taking the whole week off, so we'll be at the rally on Wed. We look forward to meeting forum members anytime and maybe at least on Saturday for late arrivers. Casual setting seems the easiest.
I have made a Locator Sign-In sheet so we can find each other. I hope to post it near the WBCCI locator board.
It has a reminder on it about the two forum member get-togethers during the week. We will have both of the get-togethers at our Argosy MH, WBCCI #5501.
Wednesday @ 4:00 - Happy Hour. Standard procedure - bring your own chair, a snack to share, and your own brand of happiness.
Saturday after the flea market - BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch). This one is specifically to welcome our weekend only attendees, so please plan to come if possible. Besides, it's a good excuse to visit again before heading home on Sunday. We'll only have a pair of tables, so please bring a chair if it's convenient.
We are leaving tomorrow as well, heading to our Unit rally which started today. We will be driving to the rally site Sunday. It will be a long day, but we're anxious to get there.
