Good news 2vets. The Tradewind project must be coming together in good fashion with all your efforts. Could this mean reinergirl will be in attendance also ?

A 2012 Airstream (justretired) also just signed up. This answers the question often heard "are they still making those" trailers??? Well yes they are.

I always look for the oldest and newest units in attendence and believe there will be a 1953 Cruiser at the rally.(Hi Gail!) Sixty year model span at the Region One Rally.....not bad!

I must say things are starting to get very exciting. Lots of rigs have already signed up, over 70 so far and the event list keeps getting longer. Harmonica class for beginers, Kayaking, Guided Hike, Photography Seminar, Vintage Trailer Supply, Red Hook Beer tasting, Bocce Tournament, Leather Craft Class ($small fee), Decorating with Fruit Class ($small fee) Vintage Open House, Bon Fire, Open Mike Night, Flamingo Costume Contest, over 100 Raffle Items, Door Prizes and great friendship and food. We still have some full hook up sites available and this WBCCI Region Rally is open to ANY Airstream. That's right, you do not need to be a WBCCI member to attend. See you all soon.

“Paddle the Pemi”

9:30 am Saturday – August 11

Rentals plus a lift to river & pickup

$30 single kayak
$40 double kayak or canoe

Have your own boat but need a lift to river & pickup

$10 (boat under 10 feet long)
$15 (boat over 10 feet long)

• A group leisurely 6-mile paddle trip (approximately 3-4 hours down the Pemigewasset River.

• No cost until Saturday, August 11 and pay at the store Ski Fantastics Attendees

• Names of persons attending_________________________________________ __
• How many Kayak rentals @ $30 ________
• How many Canoe OR double Kayak rentals@ $40________
• Need a boat lift (boat less than 10 feet)______
• Need a boat lift (boat larger than 10 feet)______

I would like to let “Ski Fantastics Store” know how many boats and boat lifts are needed by the group. I have reserved our group with a tentative number, but would like to firm things up on the specifics. Please contact me ASAP.

You need more pink feathers! Come everyone for a great time almost 100 rigs are signed up. All you need to to want to have a great time and bring an Airstream. A really full rally schedule of averything from 48 hour bocce, leather crafting, rivets, Vintage Trailer Supply, fruit carving an so much more!

Friday will be a fun and informative day for vintage owners as Vintage Trailer Supply will be attending the Region One Rally and discussing many ways to work with rivets. As we all know there are many different ways to rivet your Airstream so this is one demo not to miss. After the demo head off to the vintage open house and then to the vintage open house. Red Hook Brewery will be offering a beer tasting event at the Happy hour.

Colin Hyde Restorations of Plattsburg, NY will be attending and will discuss his rotisserie frame off restoration process.

Check out the schedule of events! Canoe or kayak, bike or hike, carve fruit or work leather...even a harmonica class!

Still time to sign up. Remember, this rally is open to any Airstream owner and club membership is not required.

I have a question about the Pemiwassett. Are there shallow rocks that would not suit a wooden kakak? Asking for another ''streamer" attending the rally.

YES...I would not recommend a wooden canoe as there are rocks that will scrape your canoe bottom.

We have 25 folks signed up. I just reserved 2 single kayaks for you folks as the kayaks are going fast for that day. Please confirm you would like to attend this.
