2.) What will the meal schedule be? Is Thursday nite a potluck and we should bring something for that?

Looking forward to the rally... I thought I had a pretty good lighting display ready but it looks like it will be pretty interesting....
Hi DEO,

Check with Pam and/or Earl on using your generators - I think there will be a parking place for folks using them but I'm not 100% sure.

Thursday night is "Unit Potluck" night. Each Unit will be holding a themed dinner - I plan to be wicked social and hit each of them, it will be a kind of a progressive dinner event for me. Here's the themes by Unit:

New England: Italian Picnic
White Mountains: Tex Mex
Charter Oaks: Hawaiian
Quebec: Quebec Fest
Canadian Atlantic: TBD

Oh for the folks who are not a member of the WBCCI or are a Member at Large (MAL) feel free to attend any or all of the Unit potlucks!

There are a number of catered meals being offered and a bunch of happy hours too. The official schedule of events (and planning guide) will be available shortly. I'll post the PDF on this thread when I get it.

Tin Chef Cook-Off

I'm so happy to report that we will have 5 teams in our Tin Chef Cook-Off. We have the wonderfully talented Over59 emceeing the show for us. We've collected lots of prizes to hand out during the show for members of the audience who can answer his foodie ???s. And yes for those of you wondering is on the menu.

We have a quick meeting planned for all those involved with the Cook-Off on Thursday at 3 p.m. All chefs, judges, and set-up crew should plan to attend this brief meeting. If you can't make it please check in with me sometime Thursday.

The event will take place up at the main building at 11 a.m. on Friday. The chefs will be under the catering tent, the audience will sit outside (weather permitting) or inside the building.

I can't wait to see you all there.

Lighting my airstream

I've been working on my lighting for Alumination and this is what I came up with. Actually it'll be used for announcements, schedules, and rig location or I could have used it to announce when the tiki hut opens for happy hour over at myboy's and what the daily drink special will be. I haven't started to think about my decorations for our trailer yet. Whatever it is, it will be small and shameful compared to some.

Talking Another silly item for our lighting display

Ok, I think I'm done now. Got enough lighting for our Airstream that the Space Shuttle could land in the field next to our rally site at night because they can lock on our position from space due to the light pollution we are emitting.

LAST item (unless someone else comes up with an idea that I need to steal):

My idea is a B-I-G secret so myboyburt can't steal my idea.

P.S.
Let's hope we aren't daisy chained together as between the two of us, we will probably draw high amps, blow all the fuses, steal other people's power and just create a general nuisance.

19 Shopping Days Until The Rally

The Rally Store is Open and Will Be Available For Several Weeks After The Rally.

We will not be selling a wide variety of merchandise at the event, mostly hats and t-shirts. The online store has a great many high-quality items to choose from, but you will have to order quickly in order to have it availble for the event.

You can access the site via: http://www.corporatecasuals.com/stor...orefrontid=265

Looking forward to seeing you in Rochester!

So, muddyhollow, maybe you can answer the question of what style/color of shirt you guys were modeling last summer. Was it the denim shirt, or the twill shirt? And the hat color?
