I know that glow...comes from sitting around too many(is there ACTUALLY such a thing?) 4CU campfires, soakin' up the burnin' Radon fumes...I don't know about the guy in the pic, tho'...looks like some wanna-be TTQ, B\but I see NO telltale tiara...boy how I hate imitations...Ate fried, greasy fish, tonite, at the all-you-can at the Grubstake Cafe...arteries slammin' shut, the biggest bottle of Flat Tire I have ever seen, a...ahem...Queen-sized bed of fries...home after dark, and the boys didn't show for campfire...lightweights!
Mr & Mrs Herky left this afternoon for places south and west...congratulate them on their big step into freedom...smart AND ballsy(sorry, Mrs Herk)...

We've been to Slab City and highly recomend it.
Very pretty surroundings and a very diverse group of people.

ArtStream, the picture on left of Leonard IMHO is a very very nice shot. Colors and composition are outstanding. Suitable for framing. Get it published in a big time newspaper and you could win the Pulitzer with that one. Well done!

We're boondockin at the AVI free park...spent 3 nights at Buckskin Mt SP...
visited with Virgil&Sheila...now waitin for Bob&Lou to get here...gotta go lose some more money at the penny slots...

I left on Thurs. Brian was still trying to organize his office.
He is thinking of leaving on Sun.
I'm in Las Crucas again getting the TV AC rerepaired?
Did I mention that I had an incredible time at Quartzsite
and what wonderful neighbors you were?
