Going over to PEI there is charge for either the ferry or the bridge. You pay to GET OFF the island.
Yes there is but I think it is less if you go over on the bridge and back on the ferry. I will have to check on that to be sure. I will try to do that before we leave this winter.

Thanks Mike! I see from the rates schedules that it is cheaper to take the ferry over and the bridge back. This is based on our truck and trailer being 50' long.

Thanks Mike, That did save me some time. And like Myboyburt said that is the cheapest way to go. I couldn't remember which way it worked but I knew it was cheaper one way. So we will be going over on the ferry and back on the bridge too as we are about 50ft.
Take the ferry to get in and the bridge to leave the Island.
You don't pay on your way in you pay when you leave.
Ferry with two axle is about 80$ can or us now
Bridge with two axle 56$.

I seem to have misplaced my paper work for this rally and we want to sign up. Can I access the form online? and who do I mail my check to? I want to get this in so we don't miss out on this one.
THANKS
You might have to do the free signup. But this link should stay 'live' due to their new free archives policy. I'm thinking of building a saltwater canal down from Hudson Bay. Good seafood =

Great article, thanks! I've printed it out and added it to my growing collection of PEI travel information. The Region 1 in PEI is going to be our "big" trip next year. We are traveling with the NEU caravan, should be a BLAST.
