Hey guys:

We're going to do a partial back-out of this rally. We are watching Andrea's mom's dog while she goes on vacation. We are already paying to board all three of the dogs (mom's and our two) the following weekend while we are traveling. We decided that it would be better if we didn't board the dogs this weekend and instead just come to say hello to everyone.

Was anything ever firmed up for a gathering Sat. afternoon / evening? We doing outside under the awnings or at the Verandah restaurant in town?

DARN!!! We're hoping to get to Jackson Center, but it will be without an AS and a week later. Would love to have come met some of you, even if we're trailerless that weekend

But the following weekend is when the kids have spring break, so can't do much about that.

This is a very loosely planned event. We will be rolling in sometime on Thursday. We expect to have a pot luck kind of meal on Sat., weather permitting. Larry and I are bringing a 12x12' canopy and a tarp to wrap around it should we have wind. This probably be a very "play it by ear" rally.

I will probably roll in Friday morning. My wife has to work Friday and hopefully she will join us Friday night, or at least for Saturday. Looking forward to this.

When we arrive do we grab a site, is one reserved for each of us in a specific loop, do we check in at the desk in the service center? Anybody know?

Pull in along the right side of the building and check in at the front desk - ask for Rhonda. Let them know you are with the NOVA group and they should be able to take care of you from there. There are no reserved sites - it's first come first served.

We are planning on arriving @ 11:00 ish Friday morning for an appointment in the service department. They will need the trailer for at least 3 hours I am told.

We also travel with a 10 x 10 easy up with wind screens. At this point we will be without Kids subject to change without notice.

Is there a fire pit?

It seems as though Jackson Center / the factory is the holy grail for us. We've never been there, we strive to go there, but it seems every time that we can't attain the goal. It's a 2.5 hour drive from our house to JC and since us coming with the AS was nixed thanks to dogsitting, we've decided that the travel time and kid-occupation obligation is grounds for not heading over to JC this weekend. We'll be staying around home and doing some driveway camping in preparation for our two week trip coming up starting with Good Friday.

Have a good time at the factory and the surrounding area of JC.

Well less than a week away and this page is quiet! What are the plans? Dinner ? Breakfast? food on your oun? Pot luck Saturday? I dont mind having open house... but we havent even see our trailer yet this year, and have no idea what condition it is in. Our truck is not even here yet so I have no idea when we will be able to get the trailer ready. But we are planning on being at the service desk at 11:00 am friday, the rest will be a craps shoot.

We are hoping that the weatherman gives us better news about the end of the week. It is looking like cold and rainy by then. We are bringing the 12x12 canopy just in case we need it. We are thinking a potluck on Sat. if everyone is game. We can do an open house too. I have had pneumonia so I am battling back. Not alot of energy, but I think we will be ready to go by Thurs. a.m.

Just recceived a message from Sparty73 that they will not be able to attend. They had originally planned to stop by for a day visit but family obligations will prevent that.
