Question Is it still 2012?

I just figured out that we are currently in the year 2012. Pls ignore any messages I may have posted in NYE 2011. Anyhow, we won't be arriving until the 28th as it's a looong way and the chauffeur's no longer a spring chicken. See ya when we see ya...don't wait up.

Hey Louis -

What ever happened to the male & female electric toothbrushes that were hidden inside Sergio's Trojan Flamingo?

Just thinking...

Wish we could be there!

This rally sounds like such a great time! Wish we weren't so far away. Next year is our goal to retire and make trips like this.
We'll be thinking of you as we bring in the New Year with family in Mn, closer, but colder, and much more sedate...

The anatomically correct male and female toothbrushes that Janis had the pleasure to receive a few years ago met an untimely end. They will not be in attendance. We didn't know there was an electric version too???!!!

Speaking of meeting "untimely ends" I'm thinking the bug/scorpion clock would make quite the bonfire starter

IMHO there is only one thing better than a dead scorpion and that would be a dead scorpion roasting in a fire

I was wondering if there's still time to sign up for this rally? Sorry so late...I just found out my initial NYE plans fell thru. But I think it may be serendipity working for me as this rally would be my first, and from the sounds of it, it would be a thousand times more enjoyable than my previous plans. So, I hope there's still time. To sweeten the deal, I just want to say that just about everything I own is white-elephanty, so someone would be assured a great exchange It would be just myself and my 2 small dogs, and we probably won't be able to join the rally until Saturday morning. Looking forward to meeting fellow Airstreamers for the first time!(fingers crossed)
Hello Chris, by all means we would be glad to have you join us! A Saturday arrival is no problem! We have you on the sign up page and are looking forward to meeting you and your pups. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us

I knew someone would remember these anatomically correct items - my mistake, I thought they were battery powered...

It's pretty nice here. It's a bit chilly the next couple of nights (relatively speaking) but it's supposed to be grand over the weekend and NY's! Stop that snow talk and come on down!

Snow flurries in Santa Fe this evening - not much accumulation. Planning on leaving on the 26th so that we are ahead of the weather that is supposed to come through on the 27-28th. Will be taking the I-25/I-10 route to avoid Flag. and Phoenix. 100 miles longer but warmer.

Possible meet-up at the Lemitar P-66 station south of Albuquerque for A&T and/or the Albuquerque crew? 10:00 - 11:00ish.

Will monitor 146.520 MHz and Megalink.

Happy Holidays to all!

We're just down the road enjoying the snow in Telluride (without the AS)! The official snow accumulation here was 7 inches, but more up on the mountain I am sure! Our plans are to head back home on Friday and see you all on Sunday! Safe travels to all!
