Recompence Shore Campground, Freeport, Maine
May 6 – 8, 2011


Join us in assisting the good folks at Recompence Shore Campground prepare for the 2011 camping season by attending their clean up weekend. In addition to free camping we will enjoy a Saturday night happy hour and “grill your own” cookout overlooking beautiful Casco Bay.

IMPORTANT: This is not a traditional NEU rendezvous. Recompence Campground is providing free camping for the weekend in exchange for 6 to 8 hours of cleanup work per rig. They provide coffee & donuts in the morning and a BBQ or pizza lunch on Saturday

Michelle , you might wnat to update the post on 064 forum , the dates are different , also link the sign-up sheet . We are still hopefull to make this , depends on the final dates . Any count yet? Bob

The Volunteer Cleanup Rally at Recompence Campground in Freeport, ME is now being held May 6 - 8, 2011.

The campground folks tell me there wasn't enough interest in the April 29th - May 1st clean up event so they changed it to May 6th - 8th. It actually should be nicer weather so I hope to see many NEU and AirForum members there!
