Another Hint

Do flamingos flock in triangular formations? Perhaps under the spell of Wizards.

Find out Saturday night, site 35.

Rivet Stop by the '1972 Gray Argosy '22

Hi everyone,

We look forward to making many new friends at the NEU Rally in Mystic. Please stop by to visit and don't be surprised if we do the same thing.

We are trying to get the argosy ready for our first trip. Sure we'll forget something but not the beer!

Speaking of beer . . . we had a surprise this week, the fridge that is supposed to be in working order isn't! So, we'll have warm beer unless we bring a cooler or someone brings us a cold one [hint hint].

If you would like to stop by (with a cold beer - hint hint) and chat with us about....

..... how to fix the fridge, PLEASE DO.

.....Or, if you have an updated fridge that we could check out, PLEASE INVITE US TO SEE IT.

We understand that the small undercounter size doesn't have a replacement . . . Is that correct? So, our choices are: fix or replace?

Looking forward to meeting & greeting this weekend!

Allie
(and, oh yeah, my geek husband) and wonderful son

ps I just realized I am signed in under the geeks user name. hehe. oh well. I'm too lazy this morning to signout and sign back in.

Hmmm, you'd better bring a cooler for your food. It's going to be a warm weekend.

My sister will be at the rally with her 1977 Argosy Minuet. She replaced the old fridge in her camper last year. The new one appears to be a perfect fit. Check it out, she'll be the one in the white Argosy.

Greetings all,
I am in the process of restoring a '66 Safari about 3 miles down the road from the Rally site. I hope to stop by and admire some operational units. Should anyone be desirous of local information (mostly relating to items like restaurants, cheap dives, which tourist traps to avoid and the fact that CT package stores are open until 9 Friday and Saturday, while nearby RI packies are open on Sunday), please don't hesitate to write. Yours in aluminium, mike dibble

I have one and only one mission for Saturday Morning, and that is to find this beer:
http://www.cottrellbrewing.com/
So Mike, if you can direct me to the nearest package store that carries it I would be forever in your debt. I'm not interested in the brewery tour even though it is only 4.1 miles from the KOA.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike,

We hope to see you at the rally! Lots of great rigs will be in attendance (and some fine folks who own them too).

Oh, thanks for letting us know about the packies. Now that we live in NH having to go to one to purchase our adult beverages was a distant memory for me.
