We had a lot of fun this weekend! It was very nice getting to really know some new members, Robin & Richard, and Eric & Ann Marie. If you guys haven't heard Eric sing "the Blues" yet, you have missed the best part about camping around the campfire. He is a delight.....

Doug, Richard and Ann, you all rock on the guitars.

Boy....... the weekend rallies are really too short, as we'd love to spend more time talking to each and everyone of you. You all are a great bunch of folks.............

Had to grab this one and share it with everyone along with the story. Young couple, first time out in ther new Airstream just ahppen to be camping at the same campground as those nutty NEU folks are having a rally and what happens? Vultures swop done and hand out a memshir application, invite the nice young couple for dinner and what happens?

Well, here is a new game for everyone, fill in the blank: what happened after they were handed the membership application?

Let's see, what happended when you handed him the application... Hmmm.

Did they say, "We are waiting to hear what happens on the Motorhome issue!" or "What is the WBCCI?"

We scared the dickens out of them. They hid in their Bambi the whole night and as we were all pulling out this morning they made sure they got out of sight as we went by. Too funny.

But, if they are joiners we will get them soon enough. The NEU is the Borg.....

A big thank you to the Chilly Man hosts and everyone who attended for making this such a great weekend! After 16 days on the road I thought I would be in a hurry to get home again, but found myself wishing this rally was a couple of days longer...
