Not necessarily. Depends on which way the storm is coming from and going to. There have been times that CT and RI have been blanketed by snow and northern NE has missed it.

So, I'm fine with you keeping your snow all to yourself.

I'm having FUN too!

My gut guess to your question is that there is alot of enthusiasm in our membership base and many of our members are very active on the forums.

I agree with Yuki. Here are the "stats" for this rally so far:

31 registered rigs / WBCCI members of which
27 are active Air Forums members leaving
4 to be introduced to Air Forums.

Of the 31 registered WBCCI members 29 are regular members of the NEU, 1 is Charter Oaks (CT) and 1 is Metro NY.

Of the 31 registered WBCCI members this will be the first rally for 1 member.

Of the 29 registered NEU members 2 are from CT, 12 from MA, 1 from ME, 10 from NH and 4 from RI.

The NEU has found that our members who are active on the Air Forums are also active in the WBCCI New England Unit. The NEU private forum here on Air Forums also really helps us stay connected between events and rallies. Air Forums is good for the WBCCI, it helps us increase and retain membership.

Great idea!

The clam shacks in Salisbury are OPEN!

I just returned from dinner in Salisbury at one of the famous clam shacks -- Browns. My favorite clam shack, Markey's, isn't open yet during the week.

I had a huge overflowing fried clam platter (with REAL clams...not the strips) along with extra tartar sauce, coleslaw and onion rings. Umm-mm good! With every bite, I could see my cholesterol level rising, but it was worth every bite. If that wasn't enough, we then rolled our "fat little bellies" down the street to the Dairy Queen and had Blizzards for dessert. It is sooooo decadent but soooo delicious!

Browns or Markey's is a great place to grab a seafood lunch so keep that in mind if you are attending this event and need a place to go to eat lunch.

Did they get the floors washed by the ocean during the Nor'easter?

Weather update

Sure glad this weather is now not this weekend, it could not be much more miserable out there! 38º with a 17 mph wind driven rain, feels like mid 20ºs

Can't wait for the weekend!

Yuk! Andre', now you have to stay home. Sort of like the movie Fargo, or Massachussetts Chainsaw Frenchman!
