Could the organizational "problem" be a staffing issue at headquarters? Someone isn't doing the job. I would think the paid employees would have this thing very tight given that they have done so many unless the "official" are mucking it up.
I also think that these rallies park people on top of each other like the "trailer park" campgrounds. No my idea of pleasant. In Vermont we were off site on a nice CG overlooking the water. We spent more time there than at the Rally in part because it was so hard to find out what if anything was happening. The large hall with very bad sound system was painful so we left that. We had all the water and electric we needed and no one looking funny at us for doing or not doing something.
What we did enjoy was the NE Forum Rally, looking forward to the Big E, and the NE Forum Rally South (NJ Rally). These big ones are like visiting a state fair where none of the vendor showed up, just the guy with the ham in water.
