OK, I reserved eight spaces for our get together since there were a few of you on the fence so to speak. I can add a few more if I get word fairly quickly. We'll need to pay as we arrive and it's reserved under my name. If you want to stay any extra days, let them know when you check in. They don't allow campfires so we'll look at alternatives to what we're going to sit around in the evenings. The marg-i-ball comes to mind.

We are a definate - for sure. We have some friends who have an Argosy like ours who would like to attend. They might be candidates for FCU membership. First, can they come? Second, how would I register them? Third, can I send - or drop off some money for a deposit on the spaces we would be using?

Guests are welcome to join up as 4CU members however this is not set up as a buddy rally, so they should join if they attend. The manager at the RV park said we didn't need to send any $ now, just pay upon arrival. Eight spaces with full hookups are ours and reserved for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. That leaves one open space left and myoung has dibbs on that one. Do we need to reserve anymore?

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not a rules guy so I just want to make sure I have this straight. The answers are; 1. They can't attend unless they join the FCU. Registration isn't an issue. No need for a deposit . If they want to attend/join, more spaces will have to be reserved.

Let me be perfectly clear, for the most part. Heck, if they want to join us, its an open campground. If they want, they can camp with us and check us out. I'd prefer they join but afterall, we're the 4CU and we're not going to pressure them to join. Nope, no money needed in advance, pay at the door kinda place. As for spaces, all eight are taken with the latest addition of your Argosy friends and 'myoung'. If more folks want to join us, I'll need to reserve more spaces. We should be good, Mike.

Yes, Brad, Rosemary and I most definitely wish to be on the list. After all, we are moving next door to Arizona now, so we want to be with our neighbors at the rally.

On the road now, sort of homeless. Our home in CA closed today so the Airstream is our only home now.

I'm not sure about the facilities... would there be any utility in throwing our easy-up in the truck - just in case?

If you want some shade, you'll need to bring it. I don't see any shade in MSN's overhead satelite picture of the campground so an easy-up would be great. I'll bring mine as well.

Unfortunately, I had to back out of this event. New job and I must travel next week and won't get back until Sat.

I do want to join and attend a rally soon but October's is already booked. My Airstream refurbishment should be done in October so any rally after that will be good for me.

We are in extreme anticipation of Meteor Crater.

Do I detect a fly by from Kevbo?

We'll depart Tempe Friday a little after 3:00PM... 5:30-6:00 arrival is okay?

Is there a Saturday pot luck? Any suggestions? main course, desert etc?
