Edie and I are counting down to launch date to go to International. It will truly be a launch as I only have a little over 2 days to get there. Work IS a four letter word sometimes
So will we see you there? Do we want to try to have a Happy Hour sometime? Will we be the only ones there under 50?
If there are quite a few members I will get some sort of sign up sheet made (I will ask Edie, she is the artist in this family) to post on the board in the Lansing center so we can find each other.

I can't claim to be under 50 for too many more years, but I will be at Lansing with my Minuet 6.0 Metre and '75 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible towcar pictured below with the '64 Overlander:
A picture of the Minuet is below - - Mini is still waiting for her first introduction to Miss Temperatmental (the Cadillac):
If all goes as planned, I will be parked with the Vintage contingent - - probably in the Green Section if as in past years.

And, are outsiders welcome to walk through??? It might be nice to drive up to see, just don't have the time to stay.

We did that last year when the rally was held not too far from us. We had joined the wally club, though...just managed to squeak in under the wire on the "free year's membership" program. So we had our ID badges. Nobody said "boo" to us. Its not like they had armed guards posted at the gates, or anything
We stayed at a local campground, and just drove the truck over to the rally site, and parked it on the road heading in to the fairgrounds, and wandered around the place for a few hours. found out there was a flea market the next morning that looked interesting, but we were planning on heading home. so we just packet up the next morning, but stopped back at the rally site with trailer in tow, and were able to park it. Again, nobody had a problem with it, as we weren't staying or hooking up to water or anything.
Its kind of neat seeing 2000 airstreams all parked together.
Bret;
Renee says she is still under 50! We will be there in the ELECTRICAL section with the air conditioner on full blast. Hope we have a Forums social.
I know at least a few Forum members who will be there -- myself included. Perhaps the others will speak up tonight or tomorrow. Brett, better plan on bringing that sign-up sheet!
Of course, you may be asking the wrong question. Once we all find each other, the question is going to be, "Can I please get to bed early at least once in the ten days we'll be there?" [Instead of hanging out and laughing & talking aluminum till midnight!]
I'm already hunting for a good fun restaurant for a group dinner. And I hope one or more of our musical friends will bring an instrument. And my daughter (4) will be looking for playmates. And we've got some daytrips planned. And, and, and ... The ten days are going to go FAST!
I'll be over in generator section...running my two little hondas. If I remember right, you'll be in a private campground. We will all come over to your house. So we can set at your new picnic table (ha!ha!)
