Inland RV helps the East Coast VAC Rally

After a I posted on a thread today, "Andy" at Inland RV sent me a PM asking me to give him call. We spoke about "axles to hitches, safe towing to restoring a trailer". At the end of our phone call, Andy asked that I send him my mailing address. He said he would like to send me a few things that I could give away at our "East Coast VAC Rally" in June.

I think we all can say, Andy has given a bunch to all of us over the years in the many words of advice about Airstreams and the things that allow us to tow them safely.

I want to send out a big "THANK YOU" to Andy at Inland RV for helping us make the "East Coast VAC Rally" one to remember. I also ask all of you to do the same. My guess, we all have used the knowledge that Andy has given to us.

As a gift of thanks, I will be sending Andy one of the "East Coast VAC Rally" t-shirts when I get them in a few weeks.

THANKS Andy!!!!

All I can say is that Andy has given me valuable advice and direction more than once and I remain gratefull to him.

His knowledge has value and he's been more than generous with it.

Andy and his team are great! They are friendly and know how to treat customers well!

They generally have the part you need, can answer questions well and are on time with their shipments.

More companies could learn from their customer service skills!

Thumbs up

Here's another HURRAY! for Andy and Inland RV. Like so many others, I have purchased parts from them and been very satisfied with quality and service.
I too, would like to say THANK YOU Andy for your continued interest and help on the board.

Great to hear Andy wants to help out. Does this mean we will have a seminar showing how easy it is to replace a Henschen axel with a Henschen axel. There's lots of people wanting to do the job right.

You got a question about axles, dics brake pads, curtain clips, door latches: One call to Andy and Inland RV, the right parts are at your door faster than the mail. (I tried SOB for vent covers, took more than month, with two sends. Their first didn't get here.)

Don't Forget the Inland Staff

Andy's staff is also great, I had occasion to order some parts for my trailer due to a curb jumping into my path, I had the parts ordered and on the on the way before other dealers called me back with quotes. Saved me several hundred dollars also. Thanks to Greg in parts.
