Great, doesn't conflict with the first annual Watkins Glen Gathering.

We'll be in Virginia

Sorry we won't be able to make it, we'll be ending a three week working trip that weekend down in Virginia with T & K. The good news is that we'll be in our Airstream, just in another place. Hope you all have a good time taking care of business, we'll catch you at the next rally.

getting there...

Looks like part of our clan will be able to come to this one for at least part of the time. Wouldn't want to miss Yukionna's grand installation ceremony.

Indian Summer Powwow shaping up

We're getting a great turn out and still have room. We have a safari field to ourselves, which will be terrific for setting up the tent and having nightly campfires.

This is southern New Hampshire and near Concord, Lake Winnipesauki, and more with lots of sightseeing opportunities including;
The Loon Center www.loon.org
America's Stonehenge www.stonehengeusa.com
Castle In The Clouds www.castleintheclouds.org
Wright Museum www.wrightmuseum.org
New Hampshire Boat Museum www.nhbm.org
Frank Lloyd Wright Zimmerman House www.currier.org
McAuliffe Planetarium

We hope you will all be there.

Just wanted to give a "hats off" to Pam for all the hard work she has had to put into this rally. Changes of dates, meals, etc. have caused a lot of stress. Leave it to Pam, with her glass half fulll, to go ahead full force and put together a great rally for all of us to enjoy. Any "nay-sayers" may want to put a zipper on it and just say "thanks" Pam. Great job again and we are looking forward to our grand fall business rally as we welcome many new officers to our unit.

I'll second that!

I don't know how she does it, but we're ever so grateful for her magic touch, the organization and planning, the spark of fun that Pam puts into the rallies. I've only been to a few, but I would nominate her for WBCCI Woman of the Year!

Your Welcome

Wow, I am blushing!

Thanks for the kind words. I love hosting rallies, as I enjoy seeing everyone at our events. What a lot of fun! The work really isn't that much "work", just juggling a bit and getting things together. Everyone in our Unit helps out so that makes things go very smoothly. Not always perfect but, we try. We're flexible if nothing else!

Can't wait to see you all at the Indian Summer Powwow Rally. Lets wind the season down in style with a great turn out. We have our new officers being installed after dinner and will have a campfire with many stories I am sure.

There's still room for WBCCI members who belong to the NE Unit or any other for that matter....drop me a note. We'd love to have members from other regions too.

Regards,
Pam

Any room left at PowWow?

Hi,

I was wondering if any room is left for the trip this weekend?

Thanks,
Bunny

The host left for the rally already so I will answer for her -- there is always room to squeeze in another one! Come on down!

Made it back, Sans one hubcap

doh!!!

now I'll probably have to pay "one meeeeL-yun dollars" for one on e-bay.

Boy, I wish Brian was riding behind me the whole way home, instead of in front of me. he'd have seen it.

Oh, well. There is an outside chance that its on the side of the road in your neighborhood, nancy, although, I have no idea where it parted from the trailer, the ride seemed pretty smooth most of the way. The bumpiest part was in your neighborhood....110 to 95 (?).

Chuck, we checked the route from the top of our street all the way to Route 95 and didn't see the hubcup. Don't forget that part of Route 4 was under construction. There was rough road for about 1/2 mile there.

What a great time!

This was our first rally and we had such a great time and felt so welcomed. Moose had a great time, too. He's been sleeping ever since. He's not used to such excitement. We feel like we've known many of you for a long time now. You guys are like instant friends. We're looking forward to more get-togethers.
Thanks for your hospitality.
