Highland Games Rally 9/15-18/2011
The NEU Highland Games Rally is scheduled for this weekend. I hear that Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH, is all set for the Highland Games scheduled to start on Friday.
Check out the NEU website for more Highland Rally information.

Food
Hmmm, I am trying to find some classic Scottish foods for our meals at the rally. The only thing for dinner that I can think to bring is Salmon.
Any ideas?

The best Scottish item I can think of for the table is a good, aged bottle of Scotch!. That and a bowl of oatmeal should do it!
Yes, here are still a few sites with w/e available for this rally. Come join us for a fun fall weekend in the NH White Mnts. Follow Pam's links to find the "Ticket". You can reserve a site via email to Per or Bob. Any questions? email one of the hosts or post here. We are a really fun group to camp with.

Scotch
Yup, Scotch is on the list.
I did find recipes for Colcannon and Forfar Bridies (meat pies). I will attempt to make both. We'll see what happens.

Awesome, I didn't realize you had a few spots open. I hope anyone hoping to get away for the weekend will consider this rally!
