Florida state Rally

I am looking for information on how long it takes to get a conformation back on this rally. Their is a few of us going from our unit but no one has got a conformation back and all checks was mailed early Nov. Thanks for any information .

I received a note from the President of the Unit hosting the rally. She indicated that they have had a few setbacks in providing feedback on registrations. She assured me that all registrations and funds are being received and notifications will be going out soon. Please be patient with volunteers.

Looking forward to attending. Any excuse to visit the Keys. The only communication I have received was an email receipt of payment a few weeks ago. I plan on heading down a week or so early and spend a few days in Key West at the Navy campground, no set plans for after the rally.
What are others plans before and after the rally?
