First Timer Impression

The Bozeman Rally was our first experience attend a WBCCI Rally. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the organization of the Rally. The layout of the water and electricty was a masterpiece in our opinion. The programs, the entertainment, the activities for the kids wee great. We made some new friends and hope to make many more in the years to come. The swearing in of the new officers was a wonderful experience to witness and we are glad that we were present to witness it. Everyone looked great in their formal dress.

Will we attend another Rally, Yes.

We were wondering what were the first impressions of other first timers?

Thumbs up First timer in Washington Land Yacht Harbor

We're new members attending our 1st rally. It's the National Potlatch & Salmon Rally in Lacey,WA. On the 1st day all ralliers were divided into 10 tribes. Activities of games, dressing up for themed dinners, volenteering in kitchen & others areas, and attending Pow Wow meetings were done. Each of these activites earned your tribe's chief a feather in his headress. The tribe with the most feathers gets to sit at the table of honor for the salmon dinner on the last night. Dinners & a light breakfast were provided on most days. There's still a couple of days left to go. This experience has definitely turned me on to this new type of fun. Everyone here has been friendly. BTW full hookups

Talking my first time

was supposed to be the We Can Tow It! Rally in Ohio with a group of wonderful women and some companions. They all had a great time, I was bummed to miss it, and hope to make the next one.

Circumstances led me instead to the 2nd Annual ChillyMan Rally at Salsibury Beach, MA with the New England Unit. Wow! I had a great time, the setting was beautiful, the people were super, the event very well organized, it was all terrific.

As my first solo towing and camping experience, and only the second outing for our Airstream, I knew next to nothing upon arrival. A neighbor backed me into my spot By the time I left, I not only had some new friends, I also knew how to operate my awning by myself, had a list of safety and convenience purchases to make, had been taught how to hook up to my truck on my own, how to safely and easily back into a spot or up a driveway by myself, how to use the dump facilities, and much more!

My first rally was a great experience and I am most grateful to all those who made it so
