When I read all the stuff that's happening with this thread/rally this song keeps popping into my head by Joe Cocker (and others including the originators, the Beatles)

"I get by with a little help from my friends"

Seems to fit since this is friend helping friend to get their Airstream streaming again....

The true spirit of the WBCCI, the AirForums, and Airstreaming in general.

As I started reading your post I was thinking "what would you do if I sang out of tune"....

I agree - its pretty cool - I need to get a copy of that Joe Cocker does it so much better, with feeling than the beatles.

Or a little bit older Joe Cocker, still wonderful (and the audio and video are in sync)...

Ken,
Any news on the waiting list? I'm having to make plans for that weekend now but I'm only officially on a waiting list. I've got a 65 Caravel that's in for a ground up restoration and experienced advice would be priceless. As of now, I would like to ride my vintage motocycle to the rally from Salt Lake and video tape some demo's for later reference, if that's OK. I know you must be very busy with an event like this. I'm willing to help. Please advise when possible.

Thanks, Dan

Dan

Nothing quite yet - the cancelations always come as we get closer to the event - when do you need to know by?

Ken, if we could get a count of how many singles are coming with trailers, then could we perhaps squeeze in a few more singles like Dan who would be coming without trailers?

Ken

I'll just take that weekend off and hope for the best. All I need is a spot for a motorcycle and a small tent. Let me know when you get a better handle on the numbers.

Will do - I'll start to get a handle on this as we not have the rally fee set and will be requesting the fee from those signed up - that will give me a good head count.

Any News?

On the particulars? At one point weren't you considering extending this rally a day or two in either direction?
