I am pleased to announce that Dead Horse 2 will be held at the same great location as last year, Dead Horse State Park in Cottonwood, AZ. It will be held on Presidents Day weekend (February 15-17) with the option of staying an additional night . Last years event went so well that we will be keeping the same format. We will have a pot luck supper on Saturday Evening as well as an open house Saturday afternoon. Lots of free time to explore the area or just hang out with your friends. This year the fee will be $33 for the first two nights. If you wish to stay an extra night (half of us did last year) you can pay the park $12. We will have a attitude adjustment event (happy hour) every night with the your hosts (Jan and I) providing the world famous M-Ball. Campfires every night and a few other items that we will discuss as the event gets closer.
We have gotten a commitment from Pee Wee Schwamborn to attend the dinner on Saturday night. Pee Wee is the son of Helen Schwamborn, Wally's cousin and founder of the WBCCI. Pee Wee attended several of the early carivans and at one time was the owner of Wally's golden Airstream trailer. It is going to be a real honor to meet this gentleman.

This is Four Corners Unit Rally and is open to all members of the WBCCI. If you are not a member, you can be a guest. You might just be a member before the end of the rally.
Jan and I are looking forward to seeing all our friends at the rally. We would love to meet alot of new friends as well!

3 days out , 3 days there and 3 days back...As much as I would like to see AZ again and meet some neat folks, I don't think we will make it .

We know the funds will be used for important items such as liquid refreshment and coving the tab in the local dive bars, and not frittered away on such trivia as food and fireword.

Glad to hear that you will make it again this year. Jan and I talked about some of the things you mentioned and they sound like fun. I'll post them later and see how they go with the group.
