Yes, but not on an open campfire. For safety reasons, no pit or wood fires are permitted, small charcoal and gas grills are allowed if they are 12 inches above the ground. Certainly! We welcome acoustic instruments and all styles of music. We do ask, however, that you respect your neighbors and the 10 PM sound curfew.

You will be able to walk back and forth from the campground to the festival all day long. Food and drinks can be brought into the campground from the festival, but nothing can be brought into the festival area. Our Rally area is onsite on the fairgrounds property, a few hundred yards from the main stage.

I heard that volunteer crawfish herdsmen are needed to drive the crawfish herd from the Atchafalaya Basin near Catahoula, Louisiana up to Augusta NJ. The herd of crawfish, estimated to number around 800,000 will be rounded up a few days before the festival and run down the median of interstate highways toward NJ. Chookie Boudreaux is the herd master and lives in Catahoula near the basin levee. Get in touch with Chookie to help with the herd.
