It did get a bit scary out there. Who would have ever thought that such a small lake (about 350 acres) could stir up so much chop in a storm!

We all survived and have a great story to tell around the campfire!

I cann't believe you tried to asassinate half the BOD. Prehaps the rumors of you being an agent of those from inside the big circle are true. Or was it a coupe to regain power?

Well.......

We had so much fun at the Applefest and now we are definately going to the Harvest Moon Rally in Vermont!

Looking forward to seeing everyone in a couple of weeks and catching up with the White Mountain friends we met at Alumination.

See you soon!

I'm sure that there must be something in the blue book about the "ascension of power", like the 25th ammendment...you know, just in case the BOD goes down to the sea in a boating "accident"....

Oh, well. guess I'll have to actually read the BB now.

You did notice the Mayor stayed behind....does this mean it was an inside plan??? The plot thickens. Did they really plan to go out for a three hour tour??? and what about the caravan leader, what's his involvement, will it ever be revealed in the Quipper??? and what's up with those Newbies, they seemed pretty familiar by the end of the weekend. I did notice the membership chair seemed quite surprised to see them return, she was overheard talking about pirates this weekend.

Was this a mere weather incident or is there more to this? Will it ever be documented in our history book?
