I did not see reference to lunch on Sunday, though. The gatherings look to be at dinner or cocktail hour.

All meals are on our own - with a possible exception of Friday night which we are currently working on - we gather each evening to talk about the day hang out together get updates etc - during our gatherings folks will informally bring goodies for the group - but nothing organized

"HiOSilver" #9311 and Tribe ( Steve, Elaine, and their well-behaved two-4legged Shelties and one-2legged Lab/Shep mix) hope to be leaving Charleston, South Carolina next Tue for ABQ. When our name came up on the waiting list, we were caught by surprise- thanks so much, Ken!

While that far west we would like to "take a peek" at the Grand Canyon. (With plans to return later) Any suggestions on where to stay near there? We don't mind boon docking for another few nights.

Thanks for the invite, but we will take 49 to Shreveport and stay on 20 to west of Dallas and then to Wichita Falls and on to Amarillo to 40. That's the route we did before and was pretty good. We will be staying at Enchantd trails look us up. 1283

well I keep dreaming about what it will be like at this rally
I imagine scenes like this. Now some of you bring your ukes and flutes so I will
be bringing my paints and brushes and sketch books to paint
the wild things we are about to feast our eyes on!
I hope to paint while ya'll play music and someone sings "Would you like to ride in my beautiful Balloon"! I know you are practicing that song Right?

@streamlady: 287 is a good direct route out of Dallas also. We will take that and then follow the same route as you outside of Amarillo. We will be in enchanted trails on the 2nd. #4586😀

287 will be a busy little hwy. We will be going that way on Tuesday, 9/30 to meet up with Dennis and Mary at Arrowhead SP.

Sure like your painting I've been telling my husband I would like to paint something on my camper door. Maybe some Louisiana alligators and a pirogues .
