No prob ! Yup send in the registration as soon as you can - with deposit - we won't cash your check until we have a spot which is very likely the sooner the better as we do get cancellations - no fee while on the waiting list - we do our best to accommodate all who want to attend

We also sent a check way back in April and had no response. A second one was sent a week or so ago. Hope that one makes it and we can slip into a spot at some point.

Thanks, Ken! The check and coupon are out in the mailbox for pickup as I write--I am really excited. I just hope there are enough cancellations for us to make it, although I certainly wish no ill (or at least, not much

to those already signed up.

Weirdstuff, please include a bass clef part in your music folders (should we bring folding music stands?). I guess now I will have to drag out the bassoon and practice a little to avoid total humiliation....

Timmaah - who are you - have sent confirmations to everyone I have received - I've been told that some end up in spam - some because I can't read the writing on the reg form and a couple that did not include their email address

Vivian, You were the only interested party, so I kind of scrapped the idea. Either everyone else thought it was beyond dumb, or, perhaps nobody else has the talent that you and I obviously possess. LOL Remember, I'm playing at like a 6th grade level.

I did look up the sheet music for Up Up and Away, and it's not super easy. So, if this is going to happen, we need to find an easier song.

Anybody got any song ideas? Anybody else bringing a band instrument? If not, then don't complain when you have to listen to a bassoon and a flute play Mary Had A Little Lamb for hours on end. (OK, I'm a wee bit more advanced than that)!!!

We are Tim & Amanda Watson. My wife had sent it and emailed a time or two. I imagine we are definitely not on the list as the first check was never cashed. We mailed in another form and check a week or so ago.

I assume you eventually send out more detailed info, like an address, directions, where and when to show up, etc..

Hoping that any more info gets sent via email and not snail mail, since we'll be long gone on the road and won't be getting any snail mail.

$25 for each. There are outhouses near the field, but no showers.

Ken J, I sent in money and info for the Balloon Rally and I don't remember getting a confirmation. We are in Whitehorse, YT now and have no way of checking my info at home. I just want to make sure that we are in.

Planet Fitness is .5 miles away. For a fee I think $10.00 you can shower. It is very clean, large lockers, bring your lock and towel. I think it is worth it. Just around the corner (if you are so inclined, Bosque Brewing Co).

Many people stay at Enchanted Trails. It is next door to the meet up location at Camping World.
