I had a great time at the AIBF! It was our first time. The most amazing thing was being on the launch field during the evening glow.

Great photos from Paul's balloon. We saw the basket, not far from our trailer, but never did see him. The wind patterns were such that most balloons went south right over the Airstreams and many came down just south in the ball fields because they did not want to come down in downtown Albuquerque. So, some of the best views were right at our trailers.

Good to see some people again this year and meet some others I only knew from their Forum names. Aftermath said we met at another Balloons, but I forget everything 5 minutes after it happens, so new friends every day. I also had a long talk with happycamper on his way from Ontario to Quartzite. And many others too whose names I, of course, forgot.

200 trailers is a lot of trailers. Thanks to our neighbor (I forgot his name too) who had a flamingo on a long pole so we could find our trailer, otherwise, I'd be wandering around for hours trying to figure out where I was.

You can have too many balloons after a while—this was our third Balloons. Our fridge was acting up on propane and we craved open space, so we left early and went to Pojoaque (10 miles north of Santa Fe) at a cheap, mostly empty CG with full hookups (Roadrunner CG). Next door is the Roadrunner Café—simple place with good food. We enjoyed huevos rancheros at 3 pm—as good as any genuine New Mexico food in Santa Fe. Fridge is doing fine with 120 v. I have Antiques Roadshow on TV—can't get much else here—and wonder if that is the only program on PBS? Every other time I turn on PBS, it is AR.

Thanks to Ken all all his helpers in organizing this and congratulations to Richard for his election to International VP.

The Airstream is sold; a 2016 Nash 24M replaced it.

Thank you, thank you Four Corners and central coast California units. As a first time attendee, I am ready for next year! This has been such an awesome experience. The volunteers were so welcoming and truly helpful for us first timers. We met some of the nicest folks and can't wait to meet up with our new friends at future rallies. Soooo, when is sign up for next years fiesta?

The Balloon Festival was on the NBC evening news and showed all the balloons being launched. It also showed the aerial view of the campsite and yes, ALL the airstreams !

Thank You to everyone that made this event spectacular for our first of many trips to the festival I hope. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We met some absolutely wonderful people and I mean wonderful, they not only helped us out on our first trip to the festival but they were a real treat to spend time with and we hope to get the pleasure of seeing them all in years o come.

The balloon fiesta has been a bucket list travel destination for us and we finally made it this year. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back in the future. Thank you to everyone who planned, organized and executed this superb Airstream special event.

Thanks to all for all the behind the scenes work it takes to make an event like this go so smoothly as it related to the Airstream crowd.

Ken and Crew

Thank you to Ken and his crew for doing such a great job putting this rally together! As first timers everything went really well from the gathering at Camping World to the dinner, happy hours, all events.

The many balloons are all so awesome, mass ascension was incredible every morning. I look forward to going through my umpteen pics. This is the event not to miss!

We met and had great times with so many great folks from all over the country, that is what makes Airstreamers so special.

Safe Travels to all and we will see you down the road.

We are hearing reports from the balloon pilots - not sure who had the better show - we watching the balloons or the balloon pilots seeing a sea of Airstreams - either way it was a very very very cool show
