Looks like we've got all our ducks (uh, Canada Geese?) in a row and will be there. Unsure of actual arrival date but we'll be there for NYE latest and hopefully a few days before.

We are really excited.

Is anyone going to be there the weekend before NY?

Just wondering in case we get away sooner than anticipated. If we were to get there earlier we'd camp first in the upper CG just to have power/water and closer to the washrooms/showers, then move down when the Group area is available.

Barry

We plan on being there, but don't know exactly when we will arrive. All depends on weather and road conditions. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Barry ... There is no water at the sites in any of the loops at Lost Dutchman ... only electricity. And there are no fresh water spigots scattered around. So be sure to fill your fresh water tank from the potable water spigot near the dump station before you get settled in!

Glad yous and Bonnie & Roger are going to make it down for yet another year of New Year's celebration (and warmer weather)!

See you then!

Terry - we will not make L-D. Sorry for the confusion. We will not make it down that early, unfortunately given the huge amounts of rain we are getting lately. We will be there for Picacho (or Pik a choo as a friend calls it)

Barry...it is I who was confused. I was thinking Picacho Peak but I typed "Lost Dutchman"... I was really talking about NY's and Picacho Peak...sorry for the corn-fusion! It's Picacho that doesn't have water in the electric loop sites.

Thanks Terry. I'd forgotten that. Oops! Glad you pointed that out. Power is nice to have - so if, and that is a big if, we get there ahead of the crew, we'll camp up top till the group camp is open.

Wish we could join everyone for the event coming up, oh well.......

We are planning a trip South at first, then East to the Carolinas. We will head out around Christmas, weather permitting, and travel about 2 months. We have no club affiliations. If, after leaving Montana and heading that way, is it possible to participate in this group meeting, or is it exclusive to WBCCI members.

We would love to have you join us as guests! Not a problem ... just go to the sign-up page for basic info and sign up through the link there so the hosts know you are coming and you can be in the loop as the rally time gets closer.

Look forward to meeting you!

Linda has recieved her notice of jury duty for that time period and we are not sure at this point if we will be able to attend? We have our fingers crossed. If it works out we will be there with Kira and our new member of the mushing team "YoYo". Paul & Linda

Paul & Linda...It'd be a shame to not have you there because of jury duty...can Linda's jury duty be postponed or rescheduled? I know we can reschedule jury duty in our neck o' the woods, and have done so in order to make a rally or two.

Good luck with it!

We will be there, 2 of us, with Henrietta 65 TWind. Will just be there for the front end, Sat & Sun and maybe come down on Friday already. Looking forward to meeting the folks we missed on Thanksgiving due to our late arrival.

We will bring potluck material, accumulation, smores and firewood.
