The WBCCI website doesn't indicate the date of the last update, so the "270" number for reservations to date may not actually be up to date.
There are not "unlimited" sites with hookups, but there probably are more
total sites than there are WBCCI members who will want to attend, if you include all available dry camping sites. That translates pretty well to "unlimited" if it means "no one will be turned away." The Oregon State Fairgrounds run to 185 acres total area; that's a lot of room for dry camping.
I have not been able to find any official website that shows how many hookup sites actually exist at the fairgrounds. But the rally organizers probably know (at least I
hope they do!), so I think it's safe to assume that the "600" figure cited by Rgentum is a good number.
